Operational Temperature Range and Compatibility The motorized blinds can operate within a temperature range of -50°F to 122°F (-10°C to 50°C). While they can function outside this range, it's recommended to avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures whenever possible.

Additional Remote Purchases You can easily purchase additional remotes by clicking on the remote image in the fabric color section at the top of the current product page. Please note that the battery is not included with the additional remotes.

Antenna Considerations It is not advisable to cut the antenna, as it receives the frequency of the remote control. Doing so may render the blinds unusable. Additionally, bending the antenna may cause fabric damage and operational failure.

Cleaning and Maintenance To clean your blinds, simply wipe the dust off the header and fabric using a dry towel. Be cautious not to get water on the motor during the cleaning process.

Charging the Blinds While you can use a USB A to C cable for charging, ensure that the charger does not exceed 5V 2A (25W). Using a fast charger may lead to malfunction or failure to charge. Please check the voltage before initiating the charging process.

The size can be customized for width (20-84 inches) and height (20-90 inches). After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message, so please check and respond within 24 hours for any discrepancies.

Important Considerations Enjoy the motorized shades with a six-month warranty. Orders below 6 motorized blinds will include one remote control and cable. If buying one blind, the remote is pre-connected and ready for use upon delivery. For two or more blinds, they will be shipped in an unpaired condition; please connect them manually upon receipt. Ensure the blinds are adequately charged before use. We suggest purchasing a single blind before customizing blinds for the entire house.
