Our motorized blinds can operate between -50°F to 122°F (-10°C to 50°C). While they can function outside this range, we recommend avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures whenever possible. You can easily purchase additional remotes by clicking on the remote image in the fabric color section at the top of the product page. Please note that the battery is not included with the additional remotes.

It is not advisable to cut or tuck in the antenna, as it receives the frequency of the remote control. Doing so may render the blinds unusable, and bending the antenna may cause fabric damage and operational failure. To clean your blinds, simply wipe the dust off the header and fabric using a dry towel, and be cautious not to get water on the motor during the cleaning process.

While you can use a USB A to C cable for charging, ensure that the charger does not exceed 5V 2A (25W). Using a fast charger may lead to malfunction or failure to charge, so please check the voltage before initiating the charging process.

The zebra pattern blinds are made of 100% Polyester in the BASIC product, featuring a double-layer design with a mesh grid and solid fabric. The breathable mesh, with a thickness of about 0.28mm, provides excellent ventilation and smooth air-out and air-in. The opening and closing position of the zebra pattern can provide privacy control. Simply manage the light with the remote control and create a comfortable environment with UV blocking for your home.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message, so please check and respond within 24 hours if there are any discrepancies.

Important: Enjoy our motorized shades with a six-month warranty. Orders below 6 motorized blinds will include one remote control and cable. If buying one blind, the remote is pre-connected and ready for use upon delivery. For two or more blinds, they will be shipped in an unpaired condition, so please connect them manually upon receipt. Ensure the blinds are adequately charged before use, and we suggest purchasing a single blind before customizing blinds for the entire house.
